It is lovely that people write to us asking to audition because they would like to become part of our company. Thank you. However, in order to save you time, it is best to outline our audition policy here which is: we always cast from within our company or we invite actors to audition for us. Sadly, as you will see, there are no women actors in our company – yes, nowadays it looks terribly unPC, and we acknowledge that – but our aim is to present an authentic version of the original Czech plays and, as in the original, all the women’s parts are played by men.
